Overall Rationale

This was a very hard week to rank because so many teams lost a game. There are some teams who I wanted to drop even lower than I did (like Alabama and Arkansas), but I just didn't feel comfortable making any of the teams below them ranked that high, especially since many of them would be moving up despite losing, which is something I want to mostly avoid unless it's a very quality loss coupled with a good win that same week. Also, I had to do this from my phone instead of my laptop this week, so I wasn't able to look at stats and compare teams as well as usual, so sorry if I did anything super dumb. I had appendicitis surgery Sunday morning and I'm writing this from a hospital bed, so I'm also not putting explanations for every team.
