Overall Rationale
Lots of losing in the midrange so movement is weird. I am high on Michigan State, Marquette, Tennessee, Kentucky, Texas A&M, Purude, Wisconsin, St. John's, Mississippi State, and Illinois. I am low on Oregon, Texas Tech, Vanderbilt, and Saint Mary's.
