Overall Rationale
Illinois is the honorary #26. Xavier just hit the top-100 AdjD cutoff this week, so #25 seems reasonable. I did not consider Miami (FL) or Oklahoma State for this reason. I did not consider Rutgers because, in addition to this, their resume has also taken a lot of hits recently. Missouri's defense is actually terrible but they have some weird "team of destiny" thing going on so they're probably gonna be ranked on this poll. I'm not even beginning to consider them.
