ayushg3's Week 16 Ballot

RankTeamReason
Houston (+1) Solid week, let's if they can hold on longer than the last one
Kansas (+2) Impressive week with a huge comeback win against Baylor and a road win, seriously considered the top spot
Alabama (-2) Another #1 bites the dust, they seemed angry on Saturday...
UCLA (+2) Slowly but surely climbing up the rankings, this is quietly one of the best teams in the nation
Purdue (-2) Convincing defeat in College Park followed by a good bounce back, scared this team might be "gameplan-able"
Arizona (+2) Two simple victories, not much else
Texas (-2) TTU with another big takedown, and then another potential scare against the Sooners
Marquette (+5) I was underrating this team, eked one out against Xavier,
Virginia (-2) I know they didn't lose but +3 on Louisville and +2 on Notre Dame is basically two losses. I even feel weird saying that they're the NINTH best team in the country?
Gonzaga (+2) Couple more simple wins
Baylor (-2) Spoiled a golden opportunity in Lawrence, still a team to have on notice
Creighton (-2) I don't want to punish them hard on a 2OT game where they just got tired first. Scheierman has had better nights, yes I still love this team way more than the general population
Miami (FL) (+4) Probably one of the best weeks outside of Kansas, W in Chapel Hill and a convincing one over Wake
Tennessee (-3) Beat the best team in the nation, then get clobbered by UK? This team is definitely winning the tournament in this cursed season
Providence (+6) I might be overreacting, but I definitely did not think this team could keep pace with Creighton, made light work of Nova as well
UConn (+3) Only one game, but they move up thanks to some more losses
Kansas State (-2) Home win and road loss
Indiana (-4) Push off? I don't think so. Narrow loss and narrow victory that could have ended very badly
Xavier (-3) Wish I didn't have to punish them this hard on a loss by a hair
Saint Mary's (0) Closer than they should've been in my opinion, but still good performances
Iowa State (-3) Home win and road loss
Northwestern (NR) Absolutely on a roll, I've got my eye firmly on this squad
San Diego State (0) Couple solid wins, I just think other teams did more to move up than they did
Texas A&M (NR) Two big SEC wins, they're seriously in contention for that regular season title
TCU (-3) Tough loss in Hilton, but they bounced back strong by dropping 100 with Mike Miles back, another team I've got my eye on March

Overall Rationale

Didn't really have any other teams to consider, maybe Oral Roberts //// Teams from 12-22 felt very difficult to order, but that's just the kind of season it has been //// Teams I'm following these next couple weeks: Creighton, Tennessee, Northwestern, Texas A&M, TCU, Oral Roberts //// Teams I'm doubtful of for the remainder of the regular season: Virginia, Gonzaga, Kansas State
