Overall Rationale
just want to preface this by saying the first couple weeks are a crapshoot of do you SOLELY reward/punish results or do you assume the top tier team that's only played low-D1 schools is still good. Its going to be volatile until then, poll really shouldn't exist until a few weeks in.
