Overall Rationale
this is in order of the Top 5 seeds (except Louisville and Saint Mary's lol). I ranked the (in my opinion) best through worst in the 1-5 seeds (I think Duke is the best and Houston is the worst 1 seed, for example). I have done this for years now.
