This is primarily based off of resume, only using predictive metrics to serve as "tiebreakers" when I'm having a hard time separating two teams' resumes. I consider good wins to be more valuable than bad losses are detrimental, especially outlier losses. I'm not trying to find the "best" team, I'll leave that to the CFP committee.
