| 12 | Gonzaga | Completely forgot about the DeVries duo in Morgantown, so I do feel as though that loss will age better with time, but that should've been a relatively easy MTE banner |
| 13 | Cincinnati | Only team I ranked this week with multiple true road wins |
| 14 | Memphis | Not sure I would've ever picked this team as the runner up in Maui |
| 15 | Baylor | Do we think Scott Drew is still playing pickleball with Mark Few? |

| 17 | Illinois | Sometimes I wonder how you can beat a fellow D1 opponent by 58 points |
| 18 | Houston | Only team ranked with 3 losses but none of them are bad losses. I don't feel great about but I still think they are a top tier championship contender |
