21 New Mexico Remains undefeated with solid wins over mid-majors Saint Mary's, San Francisco, & Iona
22 Indiana With 3 +10 point loses questionable if Hoosiers deserve to be ranked at this point, but wins over UNC & Xavier keep them hanging on for now.
23 Charleston Only loss to UNC in competitive game. Beat Virginia Tech
24 Virginia Tech Loss to Charleston but wins over UNC, Penn State, & Dayton
25 Xavier Three close loses to Indiana, Duke, & Gonzaga, wins over Florida & WVU

Overall Rationale

Fell out: #14 Kentucky & #20 Auburn. Others considered: Auburn, Miami, Ohio State, North Carolina, West Virginia, but all these teams have head-to-head loses against teams I have ranked in top 25 ahead of them.
