I did some rearranging, mainly of Wisconsin and Baylor. Wisconsin has been in a slump recently, and Baylor hasn't won a single important game save for a miracle against St. John's. I am high on Oklahoma, Kansas, Oregon, Houston, UCLA, UConn, Cincinnati, Utah State, and Missouri. I am low on Florida, Michigan, Clemson, Baylor, Illinois, Wisconsin, and Ole Miss. This will probably age poorly.
