Overall Rationale
Basically nothing happened this week so my ballot doesn’t change, with one exception. Seton Hall, previously #24, lost to Villanova. I had Villanova on the cusp of being ranked anyway so I kicked out Seton Hall and gave the Wildcats their spot in my ballot instead.
