Overall Rationale

To start my preseason Poll I like to take into consideration teams that have expirenced coaches who lead some good teams which I think a lot of these teams fit that. Some that might now then bring in loads of talent and have a high potential. Some of these teams have some key returnees that will help them succeed or some bring in a great transfer portal crew to reload talent. All of this gets taken into consideration in this ranking.
