| 2 | Houston | Returning Milos Uzan, Emanuel Sharp, Joseph Tugler, Mercy Miller while bringing in an elite freshman class with Chris Cenac, Isiah Harwell and Kingston Flemings. |
| 3 | Purdue | Very experienced and talented team led by Braden Smith, Trey Kaufman-Renn and Fletcher Lloyer. Oscar Cluff was a great addition and getting Daniel Jacobsen back will be huge as well. |
| 4 | Michigan | Michigan is stacked and a little underrated. Bringing in Elliot Cadeau, Yaxel Lendeborg, Morez Johnson Jr, Aday Mara & Trey McKenney while returning Nimari Burnett and Roddy Gayle Jr. |
| 5 | UConn | UConn returns Alex Karaban, Solo Ball, Tarris Reed Jr, Jaylin Stewart and brings in some elite guards in Silas Demary Jr and Malachi Smith. |
| 6 | Kentucky | Very talented and may be the deepest team in the country. Returning Otega Oweh alongside huge additons in Jaland Lowe, Jayden Quaintance, Jasper Johnson, & Mo Dioubate. Getting JQ healthy will be key. |
| 7 | Duke | Stacked with freshman talent as usual led by Cameron Boozer, Cayden Boozer and Dame Sarr. Returning Caleb Foster, Isaiah Evans and Patrick Ngongba II is huge as well. |
| 8 | Tennessee | I think Tennessee is very underrated. Ja'Kobi Gillespie and Nate Ament are huge additions. Expect to see Felix Okpara, Cade Phillips and J.P. Estrella take on bigger roles this season. |
| 9 | St. John's | Rick Pitino put together an elite roster this offseason bringing back Zuby Ejiofor and bringing in transfer portal standouts Ian Jackson, Dillon Mitchell, Bryce Hopkins, Joson Sanon & Oziyah Sellers. |
| 10 | BYU | BYU brings in the potential #1 pick in AJ Dybantsa, an elite PG in Robert Wright III and returns Richie Saunders, Dawson Baker and Keba Keita. |
| 11 | Louisville | Very talented and deep roster. Mikel Brown Jr will be a star. Returning J'Vonne Hadley, Kasean Pryor and bringing in some big transfers in Ryan Conwell, Isaac McKneely and Adrian Wooley. |
| 12 | Auburn | Returning Tahaad Pettiford was huge. Keyshawn Hall, KeShawn Murphy, Abdul Bashir, and Kevin Overton were all great portal additons. I'm interested to see how new HC Steven Pearl does with this team. |
| 13 | Arkansas | Coach Cal and Arkansas have a good mix of experience and young talent with upperclassmen DJ Wagner, Karter Knox, Nick Pringle while also having two elite freshman in Darius Acuff and Meleek Thomas. |
| 14 | Alabama | A lot of returning production from Alabama with Labaron Philon, Houston Mallette, Latrell Wrightsell Jr, Aden Holloway and Aiden Sherrell. Offense looked elite as expected in exhibiton against FSU. |
| 15 | Illinois | Illinois returns Kylan Boswell, Ty Rodgers & Tomislav Ivisic and brings in 2 huge pieces in Andrej Stojakovic and Zvonimir Ivisic. |
| 16 | UCLA | UCLA will be led by the huge portal addition Donovan Dent while returning Skyy Clark, Eric Dailey Jr, Tyler Bilodeau and Trent Perry. |
| 17 | Arizona | Jaden Bradley and Tobe Awaka are huge returning pieces. Arizona brings in a top tier freshman class as well led by Koa Peat, Brayden Burriers and Bryce James. |
| 18 | Kansas | This team has some question marks but I believe Darryn Peterson is the real deal. Melvin Council Jr and Tre White are great additons. We should see improvement from Flory Bidunga and Elmarko Jackson. |
| 19 | Texas Tech | Texas Tech lost some big pieces but are returning one of the best players in the nation in JT Toppin. They also return Christian Anderson and add LeJuan Watts & Donovan Atwell. |
| 20 | Iowa State | Iowa State has a good core of returners in Joshua Jefferson, Tamin Lipsey, Milan Momcilovic & Nate Heise. They should have another really good team. |
| 21 | North Carolina | Incoming Freshman Caleb Wilson will be a star. Seth Trimble was a big time return. Jonathan Powell, Henri Veesar, Jarin Stevenson are some good additions. |
| 22 | Miami (FL) | Miami has such an underrated roster, I look for them to be much improved. They added Tre Donaldson, Malik Reneau, Tru Washington, & Ernest Udeh Jr from the portal and add 5 star FR Shelton Henderson. |
| 23 | Wisconsin | Wisconsin returns John Blackwell & Nolan Winter while adding Nick Boyd & Andrew Rohde from the portal. |
| 24 | Michigan State | Jeremy Fears Jr, Coen Carr, Jaxon Kohler return. Two 4 star incoming freshman in Cam Ward and Jordan Scott. Divine Ugochukwu is an underrated portal addition as well. |
| 25 | Texas A&M | Texas A&M is another underrated team in my opinion. They did really well in the portal adding Pop Isaacs, Mackenzie Mgbako, Jacari Lane and Rylan Griffen. |
