Overall Rationale
This first one is always tough. I took a look a various ranking systems (kenpom, torvik, 3mw) and rosters and went off my own feelings about the teams. Will probably be lots of movemenet after the first few weeks. Couple of notes: I really like Houston, I'm not super big on Illinois, and Dayton looks like a fun team so I wanted to get them in here.
