16	Oregon	Am I crazy? This is a team that, with an easier draw, easily could've gone to the Elite Eight last March. They've had pretty much no major losses that I remember.

19	Texas	Vokietatis will have a breakout year in Texas
20	Gonzaga	Zags will start the season ranked low, bounce through decently ranked and unranked, make the tournament, and make a run

22	Michigan State	Their work in the portal leaves something to be desired but they still should have enough in the team to make a run for B2B B1G championships
23	North Carolina	Their AD is getting a $100,000 bonus from me including them in the top 25 here
24	Wisconsin	Will be doing better than their football team...
25	Tennessee	Unfortunately, it looks like Rocky Top have a top 25 team
