Overall Rationale

I overall picked teams who have a good amount of proven talent and/or a coach who has consistently succeeded (especially in recent seasons). Teams like Purdue and Houston with talent and proven coaching get the top sports, while teams like NC State and Creighton got in mostly because they seem to have solid rosters with coaches who I trust can get the most out of their players. It was a ranking of primarily who I have the most faith in to not completely flame out this year, as we really don't know anything yet.
