Overall Rationale
There is a lot of talent again this season. But it is clear that the Big 12 has a greater share of the top teams this season. I also feel the Big Ten is headed for a down year with the ACC and SEC being somewhere in the middle. A lot of these teams will also be playing in their conferences for the first time. More to come as the season progresses.
