Jaymoney00's Week Pre-Season Ballot

RankTeamReason
Duke Kind of unfair how you have Dame Sarr, A boozer, caleb foster coming back, and you have the best transfer in the country, plus some 5 star freshmen
Florida It's basically the same national title winning squad
Illinois Long live Croatia
Michigan State Fear
Arizona Caleb Holt was born in 2007....bloody hell
UConn Braylon Mullins i still will never forgive you
Texas This is not 21-22. This is not 21-22. This is not 21-22.
Houston I'm still pissed you took Chendall Weaver from us. Now begins the eligibility danger zone!
Louisville Bidunga, Shelstad, and Knox magic. Trimble if eligible will make this team really dangerous.
Virginia Dutchman's favorite college basketball team
Gonzaga Some uncertainty with eligibility but probably will still be very good.
Arkansas Respect to Calipari for bringing us back to the classy era of mass roster turnover that was the one and done era
Alabama Aden Holloway will be really good.
Tennessee Juked out of your shoes with the number of transfers that the Volunteers brought in.
Iowa State Worry about Tamin Lipsey, but Iowa State should lock down agian regardless.
Michigan Return Cadeau and McKenney but lost a lot of talent and head coach without replacing.
Vanderbilt Ty Tanner hype train!
Kansas I'm a little concerned that two of your eligiblity limbo players are scoring half your points but you all should be fine even if it's just Tyran Stokes carrying. TKR should not and won't play.
Missouri I believe Mark Mitchell should survive his court/transfer/court debacle and supplement a stellar squad
Texas Tech Question marks lie with eligiblity and when JT Toppin will return.
Miami (FL) Just pray that Reneau survives eligibility limbo and rest of team retention should boost the hurricanes
St. John's Slick Rick always has something up his sleeve. Lots of talent and lots of bricks. But still talented enough.
USC Oh hi KJ Lewis hope you now enjoy a stay on a real team.
BYU Wow another 5 star recruit plus solid foundation pieces
Texas A&M Yea yea yea you'll get an eligible Jordan Pope and start trolling again.

Overall Rationale

Outside of the top 8 or so it starts to feel more like a guessing game due to eligiblity limbo or lots of turnover. I think if you want a national title, you should probably want to be in the top 5 for sure. They all have lots of retention and are really good. Not to say a team from outside can't do it but will require a lot of jigsawing things together. Teams that missed out (in no particular order): Kentucky, Indiana, North Carolina, Clemson, Purdue, Nebraska
